Article Abstract
Thy lymphatic and skeletal systems are the most common sites of metastases from prostatic adenocarcinoma(CaP).Solitary CaP metastasis to intracranial structures is rare.Only two cases of solitary metastasis symptomatic at presentation have been reported. We describe the CT and magnetic resonance (MR)findings of CaP metastasis to the meninges of the cerebellopontine angle(CPA)without evidence of other metastatic disease.
